Insurance Information
Beginning January 1st, 2025, Albany Family Dentistry will be making changes regarding our insurance provider network. We have always maintained a high level of care for our patients, but in the current managed healthcare environment, many dental insurance companies are adding more restrictions on what they will allow for our patients. It has reached the point where it is impossible for us to offer the same high-quality dentistry that our patients deserve.
While we will only be an in-network provider with Health Partners and Delta Dental, we will continue to accept all other insurance providers as an out-of-network provider! This ensures you can continue as a valued patient at our office, and we will assist you in filing your insurance claims. We encourage you to contact your dental insurance company to ask any questions about your dental plan.

- The savings plan duration is for one full year, starting on the registration date.
- Savings plan members cannot use any other dental coverage or discount with this plan All savings plan membership fees are non-refundable.
- All required fees are due on the day of service. The savings plan will not cover any portion of specialist referral.
- The savings plan will not apply to the costs of dental care for injuries covered under workman’s compensation.
- The savings plan will not apply to dental care for which, in the sole opinion of the treating dentist or doctor, is not recommended or lies outside their capacity.
